Desenvolvedor de Vendas Legal
Estamos procurando por um profissional carismático e experiente para atuar como Desenvolvedor de Vendas Legal. Nessa posição, você será responsável por atender aos clientes e garantir uma transição suave e eficiente no pós-venda.
Responsabilidades:
- Atuar como ponto focal da comunicação entre o time Comercial e o time de Sucesso do Cliente;
- Liderar e conduzir sessões de kickoff com novos clientes;
- Elaborar e revisar minutas de contratos de prestação de serviços;
- Gestão do Ciclo de Vida do Contrato;
- Gerenciar o processo de rescisão contratual;
- Realizar pesquisas e análises de legislação e jurisprudência relacionadas a novos mercados e parcerias;
Habilidades e Qualificações:
- Graduação em Direito, Administração ou áreas afins;
- Excelente habilidade de comunicação e negociação;
- Conhecimento avançado de direito comercial e empresarial;
- Experiência prévia em desenvolvimento de vendas legal;
