Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Solve technical doubts regarding the functioning of our services, becoming an expert in these areas.
- Collaborate with fellow Support Engineers to resolve incidents and ensure compliance with established SLAs.
- Correctly identify priorities of attention for cases, considering the impact generated.
- Seek opportunities to improve the Support service and identify, propose, and lead improvements on processes and automatisms.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Support-related positions.
- Demonstrated interest in the technical field and development/automatization.
- Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Intermediate SQL level.
- Remote collaboration capabilities.
- High skills in communicating complex technical issues.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of programming languages desirable (no development experience).
