We are seeking a skilled procurement professional to manage our purchase order activities and ensure timely payment to third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume purchase orders and maintain adherence to agreed payment terms
  • Process Request to Pay transactions at top-quartile performance levels
  • Resolve issues with requisitioners, procurement staff, vendors, tax, and finance teams
  • Create Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Service Entries from ERP Requisitions
  • Maintain Purchase Order records and resolve associated queries in a timely manner
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and request Outline Agreement creation
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in contracts and procurement management
  • Experience in oil and gas industry preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality programs
  • Ability to present to senior management and gain approvals
