At BrandBastion, we are pushing the boundaries of social media management with cutting-edge AI. Our innovative platform is designed to help global brands like Netflix and Uber manage conversations online at scale.

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our classification agentic infrastructure. You will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our existing systems, as well as building entirely new AI-powered features.

The work involves working with a full spectrum of social media interactions from some of the most widely recognized global brands to identify and act on threats to their reputation and opportunities for their business.

You will be instrumental in designing and building new AI-enabled features and services that enhance classification accuracy and scalability. This includes developing base classification engines, implementing agentic workflows to handle complex client queries, and collaborating closely with product, data, and ops teams.

Deploying solutions using AWS serverless services is also essential. You will need to leverage Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and other services to build scalable and cost-efficient solutions. Additionally, automating monitoring and staying current with developments in NLP, LLMs, and infrastructure best practices are crucial.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably working with classification systems in production.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, text classification, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain).
  • Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AWS.
  • Familiarity with ML pipelines, CI/CD for model deployment, and observability practices.
