Key Role in AI Team

We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our AI team, responsible for ensuring our infrastructure scales efficiently, optimizing key product flows, and constructing resilient end-to-end systems.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about strategizing, enjoy high-paced environments, and take ownership of product decisions. They'll work on state-of-the-art voice cloning, low-latency text-to-speech, and deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement efficient backend systems using Python.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-based services on GCP.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact, with experience in Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Collaborate with the AI research team to deploy NLP and TTS models to production.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in backend development: Python.
  • Direct experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Efficiency in ideation and implementation.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes.
