We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities and making informed decisions.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to execute end-to-end BI projects, develop local databases, and create visualizations for top management and local teams.
Key Responsibilities- Derive meaningful insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations;
- Support business operations by executing BI projects and serving as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain local databases to ensure accurate and efficient data storage;
- Create interactive visualizations to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Extensive experience with SQL, with a strong understanding of data modeling and query optimization;
- Proficiency in Python/R programming languages, with a focus on statistical modeling and machine learning;
- Familiarity with big data technologies, including Redshift and Hadoop;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply;
- Experience working with internal stakeholders to deliver business outcomes;
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
