Project Leader for Business Intelligence Solutions

The role of a Delivery Manager is to oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This involves managing multiple teams and stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and making key decisions to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate business requirements into actionable plans and ensure their successful execution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical and functional procedures, architectural diagrams, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and track risks, and communicate statuses and concerns as needed.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient program management, including resource allocation and progress tracking.
- Work closely with project managers and development teams to remove obstacles blocking progress and ensure programs are delivered on schedule.
- Lead daily stand-ups, grooming, demos, and other team and client meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide expert guidance on business intelligence and data science best practices, recognizing the importance of data visualization choices in conveying insights.
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis, collection, management, and organization.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management or delivery management of medium/large enterprise clients.
- Deep knowledge of business intelligence and data science best practices.
- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, with ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- Ability to multitask and make progress on multiple projects in parallel.
- Great communication skills, proactive/action-oriented, and comfortable working with sales, billing, and financial information.
- Experience working on projects with data industry tools like Tableau, Informatica, Power BI, Alteryx, JIRA, MS Project Plan, and any additional project management tools.
