About the Role

As a leader in our organization, you will oversee the development of our business growth strategy. Our goal is to drive innovation and agility in digital content creation.

We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead our global business development efforts, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and operations to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing scalable processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks that deliver measurable impact. Key objectives include combining strategic vision with operational execution to drive business growth and enhance team productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks to drive business outcomes.
  • Build high-performing teams through coaching, enablement, and structured career development.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
