We are seeking a skilled Contract Lawyer to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our legal department, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide expert advice on commercial contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts with international clients and vendors
- Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across business functions and geographies
- Collaborate with colleagues in Europe, the US, and other regions to ensure consistent legal standards and contract processes
- Manage legal queries related to contract terms, risk, and compliance
- Support local legal needs in Brazil as required, including corporate governance, regulatory filings, or employment law matters
Requirements:
- Law degree and bar qualification in Brazil
- 3–5 years of legal experience, including at least some in-house work
- Strong experience handling commercial contracts and advising business stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating across cultures and functions
- Comfortable working on cross-border matters and juggling varied legal topics
