Contract Governance Specialist

The Contract Governance Specialist is responsible for providing direction and control of contracts, establishing a framework for contract communications, reporting, procedural and contractual activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationships with customers and the account management team.
- Lead high severity incident calls with customers and drive them to resolution.
- Work with technical SMEs to produce high-quality RCA reports.
- Assess downtime impacts and coordinate change implementation activities.
- Full accountability of Incident/Change/Problem management including Service Requests.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Identify process gaps and prepare improvement plans.
- Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project and contract management skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Basic Spanish language skills.
