Brand Identity Developer

We are seeking a skilled Brand Identity Developer to lead the creative direction and execution of our new project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive brand identity, including logo design, typography, color palette, and visual style.

  • You will create branding guidelines to ensure consistent visual application across all materials, including presentations, signage, renderings, printed materials, and digital content.
  • Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) will enable you to design high-quality brand assets and deliver production-ready files and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a complete brand identity for a new real estate project.
  • Create branding guidelines and ensure consistent visual application across all materials.
  • Design brand assets for presentations, signage, renderings, printed materials, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and directly with stakeholders to ensure the brand aligns with the project's vision and target audience.
  • Present concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality, production-ready files and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in branding design, ideally with real estate or architectural projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity development and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines, revisions, and expectations.
