Estamos procurando por um profissional organizado e dinâmico para atuar como Product Owner em nossa equipe de Desenvolvimento de Soluções Inovadoras em América Latina.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de desenvolvimento de produtos para atender às necessidades dos clientes;
  • Liderar a equipe de desenvolvimento de produtos para garantir a entrega de soluções inovadoras e de alta qualidade;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de marketing para desenvolver campanhas de marketing eficazes;
  • Desenvolver e manter relações com os clientes para garantir a satisfação e a fidelidade;
  • Participar da definição de metas e objetivos para a equipe de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Garantir a qualidade e a eficiência dos processos de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Desenvolver e implementar planos de ação para melhorar a eficiência e a eficácia da equipe de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Participar da seleção e treinamento de novos membros da equipe de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Desenvolver e manter relações com os fornecedores e parceiros para garantir a entrega de soluções inovadoras e de alta qualidade;
  • Participar da definição de orçamentos e recursos para a equipe de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Garantir a conformidade com as políticas e procedimentos da empresa;
  • Desenvolver e implementar planos de ação para melhorar a eficiência e a eficácia da equipe de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Participar da seleção e treinamento de novos membros da equipe de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Desenvolver e manter relações com os fornecedores e parceiros para garantir a entrega de soluções inovadoras e de alta qualidade;
  • Participar da definição de orçamentos e recursos para a equipe de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Garantir a conformidade com as políticas e procedimentos da empresa;

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Conhecimento técnico em Desenvolvimento de Software;
  • Espanhol fluente;
  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em áreas correlatas;
  • Sólida vivência em ciclo de vida de produto;
  • Experiência liderando iniciativas de "Product Discovery";
  • Conhecimentos em metodologia ágil;

Diferenciais

  • Que possa vir ao escritório São Paulo pelo menos uma vez por semana;
  • Pós-graduação e/ou MBA;
  • Possuir certificações na área - PSPO e similares;
  • Inglês fluente;
