Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies
  • Verify and book documents in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for prompt recording and processing
  • Oversee accruals control and analysis to maintain financial transparency and accountability
  • Ensure proper travel advance control and accounting procedures are in place and implemented
  • Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes to guarantee timely completion and submission of financial reports
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts to identify any discrepancies or irregularities
  • Collaborate with internal auditors to support and facilitate audits
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of accounting documents for easy reference and access

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency for effective communication and collaboration
  • Strong soft skills, including excellent interpersonal communication, multitasking, hands-on attitude, attention to detail, high level of commitment and accountability, strong organizational skills, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability and flexibility
