Regional Aftermarket Engineer

The Regional Aftermarket Engineer plays a key role in driving growth in aftermarket parts sales within a designated regional territory/customer base.

  • Obtain equipment installation lists with criticality and prioritize accordingly.
  • Obtain Inventory information of existing parts to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Understand market level pricing within region by customer to inform pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Commercial leadership within region to develop Aftermarket focused action plans at targeted accounts.
  • Support development of commercial strategy Liaison from field to BOM Database Management Team.
  • Responsible for supporting transactional requirements between customer & Focal point for Customer immediate needs.
  • Facilitate / Update of Customer ERP system to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Support resolution of items associated with customer related AM programs.
  • Responsible for Metrics of programs at targeted customers.
  • Be a resource for other AM Embedded Specialists within region to support key customer initiatives.
  • Support resolution of quality related issues with parts supplied to customers.
  • Assist in the development of regional strategic plans related focused on the regional parts business.
  • Provide support and collaboration within both the Sales and Commercial Ops teams.
  • Leverage business systems and market analytics to develop account based targeted growth strategies.
  • Drive the execution and implementation of Parts Programs to promote growth at targeted accounts.
