Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lighting Design Coordinator to assist in creating mockups for our Christmas light installations. This role requires speed, accuracy, and process skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed lighting mockups from Google Maps screenshots using specialized software
  • Prepare three design packages per property (basic, standard, premium)
  • Determine roofline and landscape dimensions using Google Maps measuring tools
  • Annotate and organize designs clearly for sales and installation use
  • Upload completed files and ensure consistent formatting and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with customer support to ensure timely delivery of designs

Requirements:

  • Fast, detail-oriented, and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with Google Maps, measurement tools, and basic visual design tools
  • Able to follow instructions, templates, and naming conventions precisely
  • English fluency sufficient for basic communication and team collaboration
  • Reliable internet connection and availability during overlapping hours with EST
