Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Developer to join our team at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. As a Senior Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of software applications, ensuring they meet the requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure the development team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in software development, with a focus on backend development.
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with experience in Node.js and other technologies.
  • Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PL/SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of AWS and Kafka, with experience in cache data-store like Redis.
  • Experience with log analysis using Elastic Search or Splunk.
  • Strong experience with version control like GIT, and dependency management with Gradle or Maven.
  • Experience with architecture models like Hexagonal Architecture or Clean Architecture.
  • Advanced English language skills.
