Senior Lead Frontend Developer

At ADP, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for leading and guiding projects to success, working closely with your team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide projects to success, working closely with your team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, product managers, architects, software engineers, and other stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint demos, to present your work to stakeholders and receive feedback.
  • Identify priorities and challenges within your team and find ways to make their day go smoother.
  • Review your team's work and help your people excel in an Agile environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of ReactJS, StencilJS, and Node.
  • Ability to write clean code passing sonar quality gate.
  • Experience in the frontend environment.
  • Advanced English.
