About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Frontend Developer to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding projects to success, working closely with your team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide projects to success, working closely with the development team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, product managers, architects, and software engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint demos, to present work to stakeholders and identify priorities and challenges.
  • Review and provide feedback on team members' work, helping them excel in an Agile environment.
  • Identify and address potential issues, ensuring the team's day runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ReactJS, StencilJS, and Node.
  • Ability to write clean code that passes sonar quality gate.
  • Experience in the frontend environment.
  • Advanced English language skills.
