Accounting Assistant III Role Overview

This is an opportunity to work as a highly skilled Accounting Assistant III in a dynamic accounting team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Financial Analysis and Record-Keeping: Perform complex analyses and record entries for accounts payable and invoices with high accuracy.
    • Bank Reconciliation: Carry out advanced bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data integrity.
    • Reporting and Validation: Prepare relevant accounting reports and contribute to the validation of financial reconciliations.
  • Administrative Activities:
    • Document Management: Manage and organize accounting documents and financial files, maintaining an efficient storage system.
    • Client and Supplier Support: Attend to and provide support via phone to clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication.
    • Contract Management: Assist in contract management, supporting interactions with suppliers and clients.
  • Review Activities:
    • Error Identification and Correction: Analyze accounts payable, identifying and correcting errors and discrepancies.
    • Audit Compliance: Review accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
    • Procedure Development: Develop and implement new accounting procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Business Support:
    • Trend Analysis: Review financial and accounting data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
    • Compliance Support: Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all accounting and legal standards.

Work Environment:
