**Accounts Receivable Specialist Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to play a key role in our organization. This position involves overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Invoicing and Approval Process
    • The ideal candidate will seek project measurement report approval from clients in a timely manner.
    • Issue invoices accurately according to approved reports and contract terms.
  • Aging Reports Analysis
    • Develop and maintain aging reports to monitor outstanding receivables and key metrics.
    • Collaborate with the financial analyst to forecast cash receipts and identify potential issues.
    • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts receivable balances.
    • Resolve any discrepancies between our records and clients' statements.
  • Client Communication and Negotiation
    • Communicate with clients' accounts payable departments to ensure payments align with contract terms.
    • Collect and negotiate discrepancies or late payments.
