Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our collections efforts.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team in São Paulo - Brazil, working closely with the Support Center team in Costa Rica.
  • Initiate and manage complex work, setting priorities and improving processes.
  • Drive execution of vision and goals for the team, partnering with business and IT to scope and implement new technology functionality.
  • Evaluate and communicate accounts receivable controllership risks, assessing controls and implementing new ones as needed.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Full professional competency in English & Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with complex problem solving using Lean/Six Sigma techniques desired.
  • Proven project management ability, organizing solutions and following through to a successful conclusion.
Priorities:
  • Driving organization's strategy around customer experience, continually looking at improvement in metrics, SLA by process improvement, automation.
  • Building and maintaining operations' performance metrics, raising the bar and evaluating accounts receivable controllership risks.
