Job Title:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement compensation programs for multiple business segments in GE Vernova
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners, key business leaders, and recruitment teams to attract and retain talent
  • Develop market comparisons, design salary ranges, and job levels to support career development and progression
  • Communicate and implement compensation and incentives offerings to LATAM employees

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human resources, with prior compensation and benefits experience a must
  • Strong compensation consultation and partnership skills
  • Demonstrable leadership capability, influencing, and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Ability to navigate and lead within a highly matrix environment
