Data Quality Engineer

At Bold Metrics, we are on a mission to revolutionize the way data is managed and utilized. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Engineer to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data. You will work closely with our Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, develop and implement data validation processes, and improve our overall data architecture.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who possesses excellent problem-solving skills and can communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and improve data architecture
  • Analyze data quality metrics and perform root cause analysis of issues
  • Design and implement data governance initiatives to ensure data security and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering and quality assessment roles
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Familiarity with DBT is a plus
