Job Title: Senior Tax Professional

As a Tax Accountant, you will play a key role in our organization's financial strategy, providing expert tax advice and support to our clients.

">

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of income tax, sales and use tax, and other relevant taxation concepts. They will be responsible for preparing annual and monthly tax returns, as well as assisting with the preparation of annual Federal and State tax provision workpapers.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prepare accurate and timely tax returns for sales, use, and property taxes.">
  • Assist with the preparation of annual Federal and State tax provision workpapers.">
  • Prepare state apportionment, allocation, and overpayment workpapers.">
  • Support the audit department in gathering information for sales, use, and property tax audits.">
  • Prepare quarterly and annual estimated payments and extensions.">
  • Process gross receipts, sales tax, and property tax returns.">
  • Participate in and support ongoing projects/initiatives.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's in Tax or MBA is a plus.">
  • CPA or EA is preferred but not required.">
  • 2+ years of relevant tax accounting experience.">
  • Strong knowledge of income tax, sales and use tax, etc.">
