We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to take the lead on organic growth initiatives that boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who's also a skilled content marketer. You'll be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing content for websites, blogs, landing pages, video platforms like YouTube and more with a strong focus on SEO.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and continuously improve SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and content-focused).
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to identify organic growth opportunities.
- Write and optimize high-converting, search-friendly content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Create and maintain on-page SEO assets: meta titles, descriptions, header tags, internal linking, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all formats (articles, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Monitor and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
- Plan and publish content calendars across key platforms (blog, social media, email).
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure SEO and content strategies align with client goals.
- Optimize YouTube content including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search visibility and video performance.
- Stay current with evolving SEO algorithms, content trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- 13 years of proven SEO and content marketing experience, ideally in an agency or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a knack for crafting copy that ranks and converts.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Yoast, WordPress.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content improvements.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
