We're seeking a meticulous video content production manager to oversee the execution of high-quality videos. Your role involves coordinating resources, managing channel optimization and publishing schedules, and tracking production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the entire video production workflow from raw footage to final publishing.
- Coordinate with editing, thumbnail, and publishing teams.
- Manage channel optimization and publishing schedules for multiple clients.
- Track and optimize team capacity and production efficiency.
- Implement and refine production SOPs and best practices.
- Monitor YouTube analytics and adjust strategies for maximum growth.
- Maintain quality standards while ensuring consistent turnaround times.
- 2+ years experience in video production management, preferably in YouTube content.
- Strong understanding of YouTube best practices and optimization strategies.
- Experience managing creative teams and coordinating multiple projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Excellence in organization and timeline management.
- Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization.
