Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is accountable for spearheading and expanding video and podcast strategies across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media channels.

Primary Objectives:
  • Manage the entire podcast production process from guest booking to post-production coordination.
  • Develop a comprehensive video-first content strategy to enhance YouTube viewership and retention.
  • Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific assets for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social networks.
  • Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure on-brand, high-quality content delivery.
  • Design and create visual and promotional assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • Compose and publish newsletters, blog content, and resource materials aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize media assets on web platforms (e.g., WordPress) for SEO and discoverability.
  • Monitor and analyze performance via YouTube Studio, HubSpot, and analytics tools to inform content decisions.
  • Engage with audiences across video and podcast platforms to build loyalty and retention.
  • Support customer success with educational content such as onboarding and tutorial videos.
