Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage content workflows and publishing schedules across video and audio platforms. The ideal candidate has a track record of owning the publishing calendar for multiple podcast series across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other distribution platforms.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our video podcast episodes are published on time, optimized for discovery, and consistent across all distribution channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Publishing Operations: Own the publishing calendar, coordinate with producers, editors, and designers to collect final assets ahead of each release.
  • Upload and publish content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance. Implement YouTube SEO best practices to optimize visibility and audience reach.
  • Maintain episode metadata, archives, and publishing logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in content operations, podcast publishing, or digital media production.
  • Deep familiarity with YouTube Studio and podcast hosting platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
