Paramount busca incorporar Production Manager Analyst para sumarse al equipo de Production Management en Buenos Aires. Será responsable de liderar la gestión administrativa integral de producciones televisivas, colaborando con equipos de Producción, Operaciones, Finanzas, Legales e Impuestos. Su rol será clave para garantizar el desarrollo eficiente de los proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares legales, impositivos y presupuestarios establecidos por la compañía.
Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Participar en la evaluación integral de cada proyecto junto con Producción y Operaciones, relevando necesidades y estimando recursos.
  • Elaborar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto de cada producción, asegurando el control de gastos y optimización de recursos.
  • Coordinar la estrategia de contratación de proveedores y talentos, gestionando todo el proceso administrativo correspondiente.
  • Ser el nexo principal con las áreas de Legales e Impuestos, velando por el cumplimiento normativo y la adecuada formalización de contratos.
  • Brindar soporte administrativo a todos los niveles del equipo de producción, incluyendo jefaturas, gerencias y direcciones.
  • Preparar y presentar reportes periódicos sobre el estado de gastos, contrataciones y otros indicadores clave del proyecto.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos internos y liderar su implementación.
Requisitos:
Nos orientamos a profesionales graduados en Administración, Economía, Producción Audiovisual o carreras afines, con al menos 5 años de experiencia en medios, televisión, cine o publicidad. Buscamos perfiles con fuerte capacidad analítica, autonomía y experiencia en la gestión administrativa de proyectos.
