Job Description
  • The Project Manager at Hogarth plays a key part in delivering exceptional results, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: The primary point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction levels are accurately reflected and feedback is shared with the team and management.
  • Collaboration: Works alongside client services, project management, production, and finance leads to guarantee a seamless process and optimal resource allocation.
  • Process Management: Oversees small to medium-sized projects from inception to completion, serving as the expert on integrated marketing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in print production and creative development.
  • Solid understanding of the print production process and knowledge of digital retouch, delivery of artworks for PRINT and POS/OOH.
  • A professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a dynamic matrixed agency environment.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of print assets, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, wireframing/workflow tools, and online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools.
