The role of Project Manager entails spearheading the delivery of multi-channel services for performance marketing clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving projects from production to completion while fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Determining project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
    • Collaborating with internal teams to gather project requirements and set clear objectives
    • Managing briefs and tasks efficiently within our project management platform.
  • Creative Brief Management:
    • Working closely with creative strategists and producers to ensure timely brief uploads for production, encompassing ads and emails.
    • Facilitating the creative production process through effective communication and attention to detail, guaranteeing timely work completion and task progression
    • Facilitating client and internal feedback to ensure prompt action
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Coordinating resource allocation with the creative team to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality creative assets
    • Maintaining a balance between workload and resources to meet project deadlines
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conducting thorough quality checks on creative deliverables to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
    • Encouraging continuous improvement through constructive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to the creative teams
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Cultivating open communication channels between creative, marketing, and client teams
    • Promoting effective communication through email, sharing creative assets for review, scheduling calls, and managing feedback
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2+ years experience in project management, preferably within a creative or advertising environment
    • A comprehensive understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software
    • An ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
    • Detailed-oriented individuals focused on delivering exceptional results
