Project Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Management Lead to oversee the successful execution of projects in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Buenos Aires. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and project documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project progress.
  • Support continuous improvement in project management processes and tools to drive efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of professional experience in PMO roles, with a strong background in contract management, timeline management, and team coordination.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid model.
  • Fluent English (oral and written) to interact with global teams.
