Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves designing, planning, delivering, and operating cloud infrastructure to meet customer needs.

The team supports all aspects of cloud services, ensuring customers have continuous access to innovative solutions.

The specialist will work closely with engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing scalable and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with cloud infrastructure.
  • Work with on-ground teams to resolve hardware and network problems.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical issues.
  • Collaborate with remote facilities to ensure swift response times to events and improve safety and security processes.
  • Assist senior specialists in quality checks of new sites and edge network scaling projects handed over to operations.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • 1+ year of experience in computer networking.
  • High school or equivalent diploma.
