Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Monitoring Professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to play a key part in the development and delivery of our infrastructure monitoring services.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of monitoring tools and protocols, including SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, SNMP, WMI, Agents, Syslog, Traps, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of monitoring tools and systems
  • Provision of remote support services
  • Development and extraction of customized reports
  • Hardware and software inventory management
  • Thresholds, templates, and monitoring protocol management
  • General failure analysis and troubleshooting
  • Identification and correction of critical events
  • Application of tool correction patches
