Job Title: Infrastructure Support Specialist

As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including:

  1. Providing administrative support for infrastructure-related processes
  2. Monitoring and overseeing maintenance, repairs, and small projects
  3. Tracking costs and expenses as per contract requirements
  4. Controlling and analyzing activities executed by third-party contractors
  5. Ensuring the perfect conservation of environments through regular inspections and follow-up on work progress
  6. Controlling and evaluating inventory levels and procuring necessary materials
  7. Specifying and controlling consumption and application materials for maintenance, repairs, and projects
  8. Managing all services as per contract, including pest control, gardening, cleaning, reception, coffee machines, equipment, and fire alarms
  9. Participating in internal and external audits
  10. Monitoring site performance to achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in Facilities management
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft platforms
