About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Partner.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving HR initiatives that support business growth, culture, and organizational excellence.

You will collaborate with leadership and management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will design and implement organizational structures that enhance efficiency and foster business success.

As a Strategic Partner, you will coach and develop leaders to build strong leadership capabilities across the organization. You will provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

You will lead cross-functional projects and work in a matrix environment collaborating with global teams to drive HR initiatives. You will drive initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and talent development.

You will support leaders through change management, workforce planning, and capability development. You will analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions.

You will leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes and decision-making. You will ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

You will act as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
