This role entails overseeing operations in our Seller Processing Center, leading Team Leads, Operators, and Delivery Service Providers, while managing external agency relationships and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Leading operational teams in night and day shifts, including weekends and holidays.">
  • Overseeing the operation that focuses on the pickup of Amazon orders from sellers and sending them to the last mile stations to deliver to customers.">
  • Supporting your team of operational leaders in daily management of the SPC.">
  • Working with KPIs such as On Time Dispatch, First Day Pickup Success, and enhancing customer service.">
  • Thinking analytically about project management with attention to detail, the ability to influence others, and exceptional organizational skills.">

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

">
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.">
  • Employee and performance management experience.">
  • Fluent in Portuguese and intermediate in English.">

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.">
