Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Area Manager, Fulfillment Center. As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive their orders efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of warehouse associates. You will be responsible for reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Area Managers to balance labor.
In this role, you will also be expected to support all safety programs and OSHA compliance, ensuring a safe work environment for all associates. Additionally, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications- English Language Proficiency: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential for success in this role.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in employee and performance management is necessary.
