Industrial Cost Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the industrial costing system of our new factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the system, ensuring accurate recording and allocation of production costs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in determining actual costs of manufactured products, comparing them with standard costs, and analyzing variances. They will also be able to perform contribution margin and profitability analysis by product and customer, proposing improvements to optimize costs and increase competitiveness.
In addition, the candidate will participate in the sales price formation process based on costs, collaborate with Pricing, Commercial, and Finance teams, and support the preparation of budget, forecasts, and cost and operating expense estimates for the plant.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The candidate will work collaboratively with various teams to analyze product structures, production routings, time and method studies, ensuring accurate costing.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, economics, finance or related field.
- 5+ years of experience
- Advanced Office skills, Power BI intermediate, Oracle
- Advanced English
