Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified individual for an entry-level position as a software analyst to support operations and ensure effective outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with teams to determine workflows and system capabilities, and will be responsible for developing technical solutions to business problems.

  • Developing technical solutions to business problems
  • Analyzing and implementing solutions based on operation workflow needs
  • Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and education of system applications
  • Documenting workflow reflecting current and future state
  • Monitoring, tracking, and documenting system utilization and effectiveness
  • Taking part in pre- and post-implementation metrics gathering to assure the system is delivering expected outcomes
  • Troubleshooting application performance and technical issues
  • Performing software testing and documenting compliance with system and industry standards
  • Participating in documenting changes to be presented by senior application analysts to the appropriate change board
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required: A degree in a relevant field such as computer science or information technology is required.
  • Experience Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in IT is preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: No certification is required.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Demonstrated knowledge of computers, patient care information systems, and business systems
    • Ability to extract and analyze data
    • Knowledge of professional theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
    • Good listening skills
    • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software
    • Comprehension of the integration of ancillary applications and their associated functionality
