Job Title: MDI Application Analyst I
This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to support Operations and ETS in determining workflows and system capabilities to ensure effective outcomes. The role will involve helping to support the host of ETS systems and operations ranging from ancillary applications to supporting business, clinical and revenue cycle operations in conjunction with Epic and the Enterprise Resource Planning System for various functional areas.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will develop technical solutions to business problems.
  • They will analyze and implement solutions based on operation workflow needs.
  • Assistance with the installation, maintenance, and education of system applications is also a key responsibility.
  • The role requires documenting workflow reflecting current and future state.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and documenting system utilization and effectiveness is also necessary.
  • Taking part in pre- and post-implementation metrics gathering to assure the system is delivering expected outcomes is essential.
  • Troubleshooting application performance and technical issues is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Performing software testing and documenting compliance with system and industry standards is another key responsibility.
  • Participation in documenting changes to be presented by senior application analysts to the appropriate change board is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Experience Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in IT is required, with previous IT healthcare experience preferred.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements: No certification is required.
