Senior Training Specialist: Epic EHR System

Key Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT or clinical roles.
  • Specific application module certification or accreditation within 3 months of hire.

  • Advanced skills in adult education.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changes in training content and delivery methods.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare business processes and technology.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical workflows and terminology.
