  • Develop and maintain training program for various roles.">
">Key Responsibilities">
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions to learners.">
  • Create project plans, estimate training needs, and calculate population to be trained.">
  • Maintain training environment to ensure it is up-to-date.">
  • Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide one-on-one coaching to Epic users.">
  • Lead by example, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and conducting team initiatives.">
  • Mentor other trainers to inspire and help them fine-tune their skills.">
">Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's Degree required.">
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT or clinical experience required.">
  • Specific application module certification or accreditation required within 3 months of hire.">

  • Advanced skill and experience in adult education.">
  • Demonstrated flexibility with respect to required changes in training content and delivery methods.">
  • Ability to work without close supervision, taking ownership of work activities and ensuring training sessions and supporting materials meet standards.">
  • The ability to develop and deliver formal presentations.">
  • Excellent analytical, organization, and oral communication skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and within teams.">
  • Ability to solve complex problems and understand customer needs.">
