We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to define and deliver product requirements.
  • Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journeys to inform design decisions.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Communicate design decisions and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
