Product Portfolio Growth and Strategy Lead

The Product Portfolio Growth and Strategy Leader is directly responsible for the overall growth and profitability of products portfolio lines. He/she owns the multi-generation product plans (MGPP) and develops short and long-range revenue growth plans and competitive strategies for the product line on a product basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Owns the MGPP and develops short and long-range revenue growth plans and competitive strategies for the product line on a product basis.
- Leads long-term planning and defines the overall business strategy.
- Coordinates the engineering team to focus their efforts within the region's development needs.
- Collect, analyze, and respond to customer inputs (Voice of Customer), incorporating VOC into MGPP and feeding back info on existing products to the business.
- Manage timelines of new product introductions (NPIs) including milestone dates and budget with the technology team.
- Define and articulate high-level value proposition and product attributes.
- Translate those high-level concepts into meaningful collateral for use in NPI.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with internal and external customers to understand market drivers, value propositions, and products competitiveness.
- Work with supply chain and technology teams to improve products quality performance based on VOCs, customer issue tracking (CITs), and other business intelligence commercialization.
- Develop and maintain product attributes and internal information in SAP, ensuring accurate costs, pricing, product hierarchies, and sales status.
- Develop market-based price strategy, implementing regular price adjustments, and managing price exceptions through commercial operations business process.
- Manage product costs (standard cost) in all production plants and continuously drive down product cost working with sourcing and supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- Fluent in English.
- Spanish is desirable.
- Experience in water treatment segment.
- Commercial or technical knowledge of reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration, EDR, EDI, and MBR technologies.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time.
