ABA Therapist Role

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapists to join our team.
About the Position- This is a full-time role, providing one-on-one support to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings.
- Implement evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement techniques to help children reach their developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular updates to families and caregivers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred.
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- $18-22 per hour competitive pay rate.
- 20% pay differential for evening and weekend shifts.
