Autism ABA Therapist

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Autism ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in providing personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children with autism reach their developmental milestones.

  • You'll provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
  • You'll teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
  • You'll implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area is preferred).
  • Comfort working with children.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
