Developmental Therapist Position Available

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide personalized, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism reach their developmental milestones.
This role involves providing 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in various settings. The successful candidate will teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement, and implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Key responsibilities include accurately collecting behavior data, collaborating with the team to support each child's progress, and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have comfort working with children, possess strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families, and have reliable transportation.
- In addition, they must be willing to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
- This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $18-22/hr.
- A 20% pay differential is provided for client-facing sessions that extend past 6 pm or take place on Saturdays.
- Comprehensive, paid RBT training and exam are included, as well as paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.
