">About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Vendor Manager to join our International Imports team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving selection, analyzing business data, negotiating terms and handling promotions with Brazilian and global vendors.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Finance and Inventory Management, to align on category opportunities and execution. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate complex terms and margin structures will be essential in driving negotiations through completion.

Your success will be measured by your ability to increase product category sales, drive store marketing promotions, negotiate partners to improve selection, and react to industry-related economic trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive vendor partnerships to secure great prices and accelerate Amazon's flywheel.
  • Analyze business data, projections and margin structures to inform negotiation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective promotional plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in vendor management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing large datasets and utilizing data to drive performance improvements.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
