Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial and management reports to support business decisions.
  • Adhere to established Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Efficiently manage exchange rates and perform settlement of costs and accounting reconciliation of all accounts.
  • Analyze and prepare accounting entries and accounts payable via form, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer fixed assets module, including analysis, control, creation of assets, and analysis and processing of depreciation/exhaustion.
  • Process revenue entry, cost price difference, appropriation of prepaid expenses, and shared cost sharing in accordance with company policies.
